This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Amendments
We may amend this Agreement from time to time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following such amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
